최고의 홍차의 풍미를 즐기는 법
- 홍차 티백 1개를 넣고 90~100℃의 뜨거운 물을 250ml 부어 1~2분 후 티백을 꺼내어 향기를 느끼며 드시면 됩니다.
시원한 아이스트 즐기는 법
- 물을 줄이거나 우려내는 시간을 더 늘려서 평소보다 2배 진하게 우려냅니다.
그 다음 얼음이 가득찬 컵에 우려낸 차를 얼음위에 바로 부어 급랩 시킵니다.
그대로 드셔도 되고, 설탕이나 시럽 레몬청을 넣어 더 맛있게 드셔도 좋습니다.
밀크티 만드는 법
- 머그컵에 물을 반 정도 붓고 조금 더 진하게 우려냅니다.
실온이거나 살짝 데운 우유를 넣으면 밀크티가 완성됩니다.
설탕이나 시럽을 넣어드셔도 좋습니다.

There is no custom more exemplary of the English tea drinking tradition than the ritual of savouring tea and biscuits in the afternoon. What started in the 17th century as much needed refreshment between breakfast and dinner, afternoon tea is now an important fixture of British life.
Our English Afternoon tea combines carefully selected Keemun tea from the Anhui province in China with Ceylon tea from Sri Lanka. Keemun teas are light-to-medium bodied, smooth and slightly sweet in taste. Ceylon teas are bright in colour, crisp and refreshing. Blended together, these two varieties provide a modern twist to a storied tea that is perfect as an afternoon pick-me-up or whenever you need a little lift.

Brewing Suggestions
Hot Tea: Pour freshly boiled water over tea bag and allow to brew for 2-5 minutes depending on desired strength. Enjoy sweetened or plain, with or without milk-the choice is yours.
Refreshing Iced Tea: To make 1 Quart of Iced Tea, use 4 tea bags and brew as suggested above using 4 cups of water. Allow to cool, then serve over ice.
