최고의 홍차의 풍미를 즐기는 법
- 잎차 3g 정도를 넣고 90~100℃의 뜨거운 물을 300ml 부어 2분 후 향기를 느끼며 드시면 됩니다.
시원한 아이스트 즐기는 법
- 물을 줄이거나 우려내는 시간을 더 늘려서 평소보다 2배 진하게 우려냅니다.
그 다음 얼음이 가득찬 컵에 우려낸 차를 얼음위에 바로 부어 급랩 시킵니다.
그대로 드셔도 되고, 설탕이나 시럽 레몬청을 넣어 더 맛있게 드셔도 좋습니다.
밀크티 만드는 법
- 머그컵에 물을 반 정도 붓고 조금 더 진하게 우려냅니다.
실온이거나 살짝 데운 우유를 넣으면 밀크티가 완성됩니다.
설탕이나 시럽을 넣어드셔도 좋습니다.
