A blend of fennel, parsley, red clover, uva ursi, cleavers and chicory, as well as cranberry and hibiscus, we love the tart, fruity taste of
this tea nearly as much as we love its ability to relieve water retention.

Some of our favorite organic fennel comes from small farms in Bulgaria-one of fennel’s native stomping grounds- where it is harvested in the fall.
Not to be confused with the sweet fennel that is ubiquitous in food and beverages, the bitter fennel we use in this tea is a different variety
that has higher essential oil content.

Suggested Use

Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag.
Cover cup & steep for 10-15 minutes.
Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness in your cup.
