whitish flowers are more than just a pleasing canopy to sit under for picnics.

A traditional European combination that is well-known for its gentle calming and relaxing effect,

linden flower is blended with soothing lemon balm and tart and heart-pleasing hawthorn berries to create just the kind of herbal

tea we love to sip when we need to step back and relax.

Also known as "Bee Tree" because bees are powerfully attracted to it, the linden tree has a special place in the hearts of people too.

Revered for its gentle properties and endowed with spiritual powers, some countries even forbade the trees to be cut down.

The linden flowers in this tea are sustainably wild-collected in Eastern Europe. From May to July, collectors climb up tall ladders

(linden can grow as tall as 50 to 75 feet!) and carefully pluck each flower from its tem. The flowers are then cleaned and dried before being made into tea.

To Enjoy

Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag.

Cover cup & steep for 10-15 minutes.

Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness in your cup.

Enjoy 1 to 3 cups per day. Good with honey!
