Suggested Use
Adults and Children Over 12: Shake well before using. Take 1 tablespoonful mixed with 4 to 8 ounces of liquid once or twice a day on an empty stomach. Drink additional fluid during the day. To help settle the stomach, betonite can be taken after a meal.
