Ingredients
Each serving size (1 vegetarian capsule) contains: Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5' phosphate) (activated B6) 50 mg. Other ingredients: Hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily, with meals.
